Returns
We do not accept returns at this time. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.
Replacements
We offer one-time replacements for damaged or unsatisfactory products under the following conditions:
- At least 75% of the product must remain in its original bottle or container to qualify.
- Requests must be made within 5 to 7 days of delivery.
- Proof of purchase and photo evidence may be required.
To request a replacement, please contact us at cbd.excellence2021@gmail.com with your order number and a brief explanation.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds. If you are eligible for a replacement, we’ll be happy to send a new product to you at no additional cost.
